Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role within plumbing or home services.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience managing full Profit & Loss responsibilities with profitability and cost-control track record.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire the team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Knowledge of local regulations and codes related to home services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including scheduling, dispatching, sales, and resource allocation.
• Implement and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and manage service quality to ensure adherence to standards and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Lead and mentor a team of field technicians and administrative staff.
• Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to streamline operations and enhance performance.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
