Job summary

Roto-Rooter seeks an experienced Service Technician to join our Peoria team. You will diagnose and repair plumbing and drain issues for residential and commercial customers, using equipment safely and providing excellent service.

This full-time, non-exempt role offers $20.00-$23.00 per hour plus comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, a 401(k), paid time off, and ongoing training. Prior plumbing/drain experience is required to ensure quality service.

Qualifications

• Previous professional service, plumbing or drain cleaning experience.
• Hands-on ability to diagnose and resolve service issues.
• Excellent customer-service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional service work for residential and commercial customers.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve plumbing, drain, and related service issues.
• Operate service equipment safely and effectively.
• Identify problems and recommend appropriate solutions to customers.
• Provide professional, courteous customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate clearly with customers and team members.
