Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and approved to drive by Company’s insurance carrier.

• Experience in installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of plumbing systems.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, water heaters, fixtures and drainage systems.
• Perform installations of plumbing systems, fixtures, appliances, and water heaters.
• Conduct routine maintenance and system inspections to identify potential problems and recommend solutions.
• Provide clear explanations and cost estimates to customers before beginning work.
• Maintain a clean, organized and fully stocked service vehicle.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues to include (but not limited to) leaks, clogs, water heaters, fixtures and drainage systems.


• Perform installations of plumbing systems, fixtures, appliances, and water heaters


• Conduct routine maintenance and system inspections to identify potential problems and recommend solutions.


• Provide clear explanations and cost estimates to customers before beginning work.


• Maintain a clean, organized and fully stocked service vehicle.


• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Certification Requirements

• A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.


• A valid driver’s license, and approved to drive by Company's insurance carrier.


• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.


• Proven experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and correcting diverse plumbing service issues.


• Strong communication and customer service abilities.

$22 - $30 an hour
