Job summary

Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is seeking a skilled service professional to diagnose and repair a range of plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, water heaters, fixtures, and drainage systems.

You will perform installations per local codes, conduct routine maintenance, and provide clear cost estimates to customers. A high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and strong communication and troubleshooting skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Proven trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Valid driver's license and insurability by company insurance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, water heaters, fixtures and drainage systems.
• Perform installations of plumbing systems, fixtures, appliances, and water heaters per local codes and company standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance and system inspections to identify potential problems and recommend solutions.
• Provide clear explanations and cost estimates to customers before starting work.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues to include (but not limited to) leaks, clogs, water heaters, fixtures and drainage systems.
• Perform installations of plumbing systems, fixtures, appliances, and water heaters according to local codes and company standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance and system inspections to identify potential problems and recommend solutions.

Education/Certification Requirements:

• A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• A valid driver's license, and approved to drive by Company's insurance carrier.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Proven experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and correcting diverse plumbing service issues.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
