Job summary

Boothe’s Heating, Air, Plumbing, Drains & Electrical is growing and seeks a skilled Residential Plumbing Service Tech to serve Hollywood homeowners. You’ll perform repairs, replacements, and drain cleaning, mentor apprentices, and help deliver 100% customer satisfaction while representing a fast-paced, team-oriented shop.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Perform all aspects of residential plumbing service (water heater installs/repairs, fixture replacements, drain cleaning)
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues quickly and accurately
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, managers, and customers
• Keep truck inventory stocked and organized
• Complete paperwork and process payments accuratelyMentor apprentices and support team development
• Occasionally participate in on-call rotation
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and deliver excellent customer service

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years residential plumbing service & repair (diagnosing/troubleshooting)
• Skills: Drain cleaning, leak detection/repair (preferred), fixture and water heater replacement
• Mindset: Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and results-driven
• Physical Ability: Able to work in hot/cold/wet conditions and lift/move equipment as needed
• Tech-Friendly: Experience with ServiceTitan a plus
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license with clean driving record, background check, and drug screen
