Job summary

Boothe’s Heating, Air, Plumbing, Drains & Electrical is growing Anne Arundel County and seeks a skilled Residential Plumbing Service Tech to service homeowners, perform repairs, drains cleaning, and installations. You will mentor apprentices and help ensure 100% customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years residential plumbing service & repair (diagnosing/troubleshooting).
• Skills: Drain cleaning, leak detection/repair (preferred), fixture and water heater replacement, propane experience.
• Mindset: Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and results-driven.
• Physical ability: Able to work in hot/cold/wet conditions and lift/move equipment as needed.
• Tech-friendly: ServiceTitan a plus.
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license with clean driving record, background check, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of residential plumbing service (water heater installs/repairs, fixture replacements, drain cleaning).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues quickly and accurately.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, managers, and customers.
• Keep truck inventory stocked and organized.
• Complete paperwork and process payments accurately.
• Mentor apprentices and support team development.
• Occasionally participate in on-call rotation.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and deliver excellent customer service.
