Hammond Services is hiring qualified plumbers for installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and heating systems. The role requires 3+ years of residential plumbing experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong knowledge of local codes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years residential plumbing service and installation experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong finger and manual dexterity for handling pipes and plumbing fixtures
• Detail-oriented, organized and proficient at reading blueprints
• Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes
• Willing to work in all types of weather
• Knowledge of standard tools, methods, and materials of the plumbing trade
• Have a valid driver’s license and meet auto insurance requirements
• Pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check
• Able to manage call volume and day-to-day tasks; flexible schedules including overtime
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing and heating systems at journeyman level.
• Perform skilled plumbing tasks in maintaining, repairing, and servicing fixtures and equipment.
• Complete routine maintenance, service, and repair work independently.
• Discuss plumbing malfunctions with customers to avoid future problems.
• Use software to report work completed and collect customer payments (COD).
• Collaborate with other technicians to complete installations and repairs efficiently.

Pay Range:

• $ 70,000 – $180,000+ annually (based on experience, certifications, and performance)

What You’ll Do:

• Manual work at the journeyman level in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and heating systems.
