Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of plumbing leadership or management in residential service.
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing operations and customer service.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop technicians in a performance-driven environment.
• Experience with field service management software; ServiceTitan preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of residential Plumbing Service Technicians to hit revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
• Provide hands-on coaching, technical guidance, and performance feedback.
• Coordinate with dispatch to optimize scheduling and daily operations.
• Monitor KPIs such as revenue, ticket size, and close rates.
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, safety standards, and company policies.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and retention.
