Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in plumbing.
• Proven track record in service, managing a team of 5+ individuals in plumbing service industry.
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Ability to manage schedules, inventory, and budgets.
• Valid CA Driver’s License and ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service teams and plan production schedules.
• Monitor inventory, tools, and equipment costs.
• Coordinate scheduling and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Develop service processes with a sales approach to grow the division.
• Mentor technicians and provide field support.
