We are looking for a Plumbing Service Manager to join our team that will oversee the service teams, plan, and organize production schedules, and assess projects.

Essential Duties Include:

• Ability to handle scheduling, inventory control, and sales processes.
• Proven ability to manage teams and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate service delivery and resolve field issues.
• Monitor inventory, tools, and equipment to ensure availability and cost control
• Strong understanding of residential and commercial plumbing systems
• Review and produce project estimates/sales, approve invoices, and manage departmental budgets.
• Implement and track KPIs to improve operational efficiency and team productivity
• Review current service/warranty crews and realign if necessary to ensure great customer service, maximize sales, and being productive and efficient as possible.
• Train and mentor technicians on how to establish customer trust to sell and upsell the right products and services
• Provide technical support for field technicians when necessary
• Coordinate scheduling and ensure that assets are used to maximize efficiency and reduce cancellations
• Develop close working relationships with the service crews to understand the dynamics, strengths and weaknesses within each team
• Fully understand and communicate the services and processes for all types of jobs that service department performs with a sales approach to grow the division
• Know where to step in and provide support to the service technicians and where to provide coaching support in the background to allow their teams to develop, learn, and grow as people and professionals

Education, Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years’ experience in plumbing required
• Proven track record in service, managing a team of 5+ individuals in plumbing service industry required
• Proven in depth knowledge and understanding of plumbing service operations and processes required
• High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections
• Highly motivated, self-starter who's flexible and has a positive attitude
• Possesses a valid CA Driver’s License, good driving history and dependable transportation required and can pass a background check
• Has mentored crew members and feels comfortable taking on the mentorship role preferred
• Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment
• Working proficiency in Spanish is a plus, though not required
• Proficient with computer skills working with various programs including MS Office, dispatch service software such as House Call Pro
• Demonstrated knowledge of local, state, and federal quality, safety, and health guidelines for job sites
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
