Qualifications

• 5+ years of plumbing installation and service experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Experience supervising teams or acting as lead/supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and complex installations.
• Excellent communication, scheduling, and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field technicians, leads, and apprentices to ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with codes.
• Conduct routine job site visits, audits, and inspections to maintain safety and standards.
• Provide training, mentoring, and coaching to technicians; monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Coordinate with managers and other departments to ensure material, staffing, and project timelines.
• Ensure safety culture and compliance with OSHA and company policies.
