Mr. Rooter Plumbing is seeking a Plumbing Service Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll coach technicians, mentor through ride-alongs, and manage daily operations to ensure top-tier service.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in plumbing, proven management and sales leadership, strong communication, and a clean driving record. ServiceTitan experience is preferred in a supportive, team-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the plumbing industry.
• Proven experience in management and sales leadership.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• ServiceTitan experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Drive sales growth and profit margins to meet targets.
• Coach technicians to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service.
• Conduct ride-alongs to mentor and develop team members in real time.
