Job summary

Hope Plumbing in Indianapolis is seeking a Plumbing Service Manager to oversee all service operations for residential and commercial projects. You will lead and develop a team of plumbers, schedule calls, ensure safety and codes compliance, and optimize resources to meet deadlines.

You’ll manage budgets, report performance, and drive customer satisfaction through strong leadership and service excellence. This role emphasizes technical expertise, people leadership, and a commitment to quality

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in plumbing preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and safety regulations applicable in the United States.
  • Proven ability to manage teams, schedules, and customer service operations effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the plumbing service team, including scheduling, dispatching, and supervising plumbers and technicians.
  • Ensure all plumbing work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving service issues promptly.
