Responsibilities:

• Dispatch technicians and assist in diagnosing plumbing issues
• Communicate effectively with customers and verify work via Service Titan
• Maintain professionalism and appearance
• Diagnose plumbing issues efficiently and accurately
• Possess strong residential and commercial service experience and troubleshooting skills

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in residential and commercial plumbing service
• Proficiency with Service Titan is essential
• Excellent customer service, honesty, dependability
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
• Strong work ethic, coachability, and growth mindset
• Ability to work independently and multitask
• Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies and on-call guidance
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet auto insurance guidelines
