The role collaborates with the Field Supervisor and Service Manager to ensure timely completion of technical service work and high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include dispatching technicians, managing permits, quotes, and follow-ups, and maintaining accurate Sage Management data.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of service-related experience in service operations or scheduling.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer requests for service and dispatch technicians as needed.
• Manage permitting, liens, and notary processes.
• Ensure work meets customer expectations and provide follow-up.
• Answer inquiries and resolve issues; reconcile service requests daily.
• Provide technicians with repair estimates and quotes for additional work.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure on-time service delivery.
• Update billing information and support invoicing needs.
