You will diagnose plumbing, sewer, and drain issues in customers' homes and present customized repair and replacement solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to help customers make informed decisions that meet their needs.

• 3+ years of plumbing sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing, sewer, and drain systems.
• Proven ability to build rapport and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residential plumbing, sewer, and drain systems and identify repair or replacement opportunities.
• Develop and present detailed repair estimates and solutions to homeowners.
• Execute the sales process from initial consultation through project approval.
• Create job proposals that align with company pricing and profitability goals.
• Educate customers on repair options, system recommendations, and financing programs.
• Prepare thorough scopes of work and supporting documentation for handoff to installation teams.

The Role

As a Plumbing Sales Representative, you will diagnose plumbing, sewer, and drain issues in customers' homes and present customized repair and replacement solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their options and helping them make informed decisions that best meet their needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present detailed repair estimates and solutions to homeowners
• Execute the sales process from initial consultation through project approval

• Prepare thorough scopes of work and supporting documentation for seamless handoff to installation teams
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure a positive experience
• Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction upon project completion
• Participate in ongoing sales and product training opportunities
• Share best practices and contribute to the success of the overall plumbing sales team
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems

What You Will Bring

• 3+ years of plumbing sales experience
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing, sewer, and drain systems
• Proven ability to build rapport and close sales
• Excellent customer service, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to explain technical information to homeowners in a clear and professional manner
• Experience discussing financing options with customers preferred
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Reporting Structure

Reports directly to the Plumbing Manager.
