Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales required; familiarity with plumbing systems, products and services is preferred.
• Previous Residential Sales experience is strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customer needs, assess and create solutions.
• Create accurate proposals for fulfillment/service teams.
• Establish rapport and guide customers through the buying process.
• Learn city requirements, permits and regulations.
• Coordinate with service and customer experience teams for success.
• Maintain organization and safety in workspace and vehicle.
• Communicate clearly with customers throughout the experience.
• Document detailed job notes in customer accounts.
