Job summary

Blue Sky Plumbing & Heating is seeking a motivated Plumbing Sales Estimator to promote and sell plumbing products and services to new and existing customers. You will use your plumbing knowledge and interpersonal skills to build relationships and drive sales growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales required; familiarity with plumbing systems, products, and services preferred.
• Previous residential sales experience is strongly desired.
• Safety is a core requirement for all employees and adherence to OSHA guidelines is expected where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customer needs, assess requirements, and develop solutions.
• Create accurate proposals that can be handed off to fulfillment/service teams.
• Establish rapport with customers and support them through the buying process.
• Learn city requirements, permits, and regulations to ensure compliant work.
• Collaborate with service and customer experience teams to ensure overall success.
• Maintain a clean, organized personal workspace and vehicle; communicate status to dispatchers.
