The ideal candidate has 3+ years in plumbing estimating or sales, strong communication, and the ability to read project details precisely.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Ability to read project information and prepare detailed estimates.
• Experience in plumbing estimating or plumbing sales is required.
• Proficiency with estimating software (ServiceTitan is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Meet with residential and commercial customers to evaluate plumbing projects.
• Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations.
• Explain proposed solutions and pricing to customers professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer records and estimate documentation.
• Follow up on estimates and communicate throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with Operations and Field teams for smooth handoffs.
