Job summary

Happy Home is seeking a Plumbing Sales/Commercial Estimator to generate new business, evaluate jobs on-site, and prepare detailed estimates and proposals for homeowners, property managers, and contractors. You’ll present options, close deals, and build lasting relationships while protecting margins.

You will travel locally to customer sites, assess residential and light commercial plumbing work, and coordinate with service teams to confirm scope and schedule after the sale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of plumbing industry experience (field, service, or sales) and knowledge of codes.
• Proven success in sales, estimating, or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to scope and price plumbing jobs and explain technical work clearly.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business through referrals, networking, and leads.
• Evaluate jobs on-site and prepare detailed estimates with options.
• Present proposals, close sales, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with service managers to confirm scope and schedule after sale.
• Track win/loss results and adjust pricing based on feedback.
