Job summary

Happy Home in the United States seeks a Plumbing Sales/Commercial Estimator who blends technical plumbing knowledge with consultative selling to generate new business, assess sites, prepare estimates, and convert opportunities into signed work.

This role interfaces with homeowners, property managers, and contractors, conducts on-site evaluations, presents options, and closes deals, while maintaining CRM records and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years plumbing industry experience.
• Proven success in sales, estimating, or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to scope and price plumbing jobs and read plans.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable using CRM software, estimating tools, tablets, and standard office applications.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; background check required.
• Plumbing license or journeyman card a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and follow-up on company leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, property managers, builders, GCs, and commercial accounts.
• Represent the company at trade events, home shows, and community functions.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Follow up on open proposals and past customers to maximize close rates.
