Job summary

Dry Force is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to expand our network of plumbing partners who refer restoration jobs in the DFW area. This is a relationship-driven, outside sales role with strong earning potential and long-term growth.

You will source, activate, and grow partnerships with plumbing companies, manage partner engagement, and ensure a smooth handoff from referral to job completion. Training is provided and territory becomes fully managed by day 90.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and tracking activity.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with plumbing partners in your territory.
• Generate new referral opportunities through prospecting calls and visits.
• Educate partners on Dry Force’s services and referral process.
• Maintain ongoing partner engagement and ensure smooth handoffs from referral to job completion.
• Track activity and opportunities in the CRM and maintain clear records.
