Job summary

Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC is seeking a permanent, full-time Project Manager to lead and oversee major plumbing construction projects in the Bay Area. The role requires on-site presence, coordination with general contractors and owners, and the ability to visit multiple job sites as needed.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years of field PM experience on large commercial projects valued around $10M+, with strong scheduling and estimating software skills and knowledge of CA building codes

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of field experience as a Project Manager in a large commercial plumbing construction environment.
• Experience managing projects with values around 10 million+ and coordinating with GC’s and Owners.
• Knowledge of CA Building Codes, OSHA, and related regulations.

• 5-7+ years of field experienceworking as a Project Manager for a large, commercial Plumbing Construction company working on large project 10 million+.
• Strong software knowledge in MS Project, Quickpen, MS Project, BlueBeam among other scheduling and estimating software knowledge are a plus.
• Knowledge in CA - State Building Codes, OSHA, and other building codes are a plus.
