Accentuin, LLC. seeks a results-driven sales professional to build and grow referral relationships with plumbing partners and their technicians. You will visit shops weekly, educate partners on our mitigation processes, and convert referrals into active projects.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in outside sales or account management, with strong communication and organization. A valid driver’s license and reliable transport are required. A company vehicle is provided after probation.

Formación

• 2+ years in outside sales/account management or similar roles.
• Comfort with cold calls and walking into shops or job sites.
• Ability to build trust with tradespeople and speak their language.
• Organized, self-motivated and persistent with follow-up.

Responsabilidades

• Build and grow referral relationships with plumbing partners and their techs.
• Make face-to-face visits to partner shops and attend meetings.
• Prospect and sign new plumbing companies as partners.
• Educate partners on our process and insurance claims.
• Run events to engage plumbing partners.
• Respond quickly to referrals and hand off to mitigation team.
