Job summary

Paces Restoration LLC is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Manager to grow relationships with plumbing companies in its service areas. You will work with the Mitigation division and other service providers to build long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities include developing client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and presenting compelling proposals. Expect salary $50k–$75k with monthly commissions and benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years sales experience; not required but preferred.
• Customer service experience is a MUST.
• Knowledge of basic computer products and software systems.
• Ability to learn Albi/Sage/Slack and new tools quickly.
• Multi-tasking is a MUST; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships with plumbing companies.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and provide solutions.
• Negotiate and close sales deals; present proposals.
• Follow up with customers after sale; maintain partnerships.
