Job summary

CK's Plumbing & Backflow, LLC is seeking an energetic Office Manager to lead day-to-day administrative, dispatching, financial, and customer service operations from our Raleigh office. You’ll be the primary link between field technicians, owners, municipal agencies, and clients, ensuring smooth operations in a high-volume environment.

The role requires 5+ years of office leadership in trade services, proficiency with ServiceTitan and QuickBooks, and strong communication with de-escalation

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in an office management, dispatching, or administrative lead role within trade services (Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Construction).
• Exceptional phone etiquette and de-escalation skills to handle stressed clients facing plumbing emergencies.
• General understanding of local permitting processes for mechanical/plumbing trades.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily dispatching, optimizing route efficiency using ServiceTitan software.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable and ensure accurate job notes, materials, and hours before invoicing.
