Top Choice Plumbing LLC in North Charleston, SC is seeking a Branch General Manager to lead day-to-day branch performance. You will oversee technicians, scheduling, budgeting, and customer issue resolution while aligning with corporate teams to ensure safety, efficiency, and proper documentation.

The role requires at least five years of leadership in commercial plumbing, hands-on field experience, and strong skills in budgeting, dispatch, and service workflows.

Qualifications

• Five years of leadership experience in commercial plumbing with hands-on field work.
• Direct plumbing experience is required and must guide technicians on jobs.
• Experience managing budgets or profit-and-loss performance; handling labor, escalations, and costs.
• Knowledge of service workflows, job costing, field documentation, purchasing controls, and dispatch coordination.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and follow-through; ability to hold staff accountable.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily branch operations, including technician readiness, staffing, materials, and customer commitments.
• Manage branch performance against budgets; review financials and address variances.
• Coach and evaluate technicians and staff; support training and performance documentation with HR.
• Coordinate with Corporate Dispatch; ensure schedules, routing, and approvals align with priorities.
• Oversee job progress from estimate or service call through field execution, closeout, and billing readiness.
• Handle customer escalations and service recovery; implement corrective actions for root causes.
• Collaborate with Commercial Sales Estimator on projects, changes, and closeout.
• Oversee branch purchasing and inventory within approval limits to reduce shortages and waste.
