Job summary

The Bronx is seeking an experienced Plumbing Manager to lead a growing team of plumbing professionals in Mentor, OH. This onsite leadership role focuses on delivering exceptional service, coaching technicians, and driving strong financial performance across multiple locations.

You will oversee daily operations, monitor budgets and metrics, and collaborate with senior leadership to implement strategies that grow the business while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading plumbing service operations or managing service teams within the plumbing or skilled trades industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of plumbing service and installation practices with excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Current Master Plumber License required.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service management software is highly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a strong driving record and ability to successfully complete required background screening, DOT physical, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of plumbing technicians and support staff while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and exceptional customer service
• Oversee daily plumbing service operations across multiple locations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Monitor operational performance, budgets, and key business metrics while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and profitability
• Support hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management initiatives to build and retain a high-performing team
• Collaborate with leadership to implement operational strategies, resolve complex service issues, and drive business growth
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations
