HELP Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning in Covington, KY, seeks an experienced Residential Plumbing Installation Manager to lead our installation team and oversee daily residential projects. • 7+ years of plumbing industry experience, including residential installation.
• Prior management or supervisory experience leading plumbing installation teams.
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, installation methods, plumbing codes, and permitting.
• Experience with field support, troubleshooting, training, and performance management.
• Experience with time sheets, scheduling, productivity, and employee performance.
• Strong understanding of job costing and departmental profitability; P&L experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams and maintain accountability.
• Contractor's Plumbing License preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, coach, and develop the residential plumbing installation team.

Work Environment

Works in residential field environments, including climbing ladders, navigating uneven surfaces, and working in confined spaces. Regularly moves materials up to 50 pounds and operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and team members and work in outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Reasonable accommodations may be made to perform essential functions.

Pay Range: $80,000 USD - $120,000 USD
