Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in plumbing inspections.
• Texas TSBPE Plumbing Inspector License required.
• Ability to read and interpret construction and plumbing plans.
• Strong organizational skills and willingness to learn new inspection software.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect plumbing systems to ensure compliance with plans, codes, and safety standards.
• Conduct inspections for water supply, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, gas piping, and related systems.
• Maintain detailed inspection records and prepare professional reports.
• Address questions from clients and contractors, providing guidance on code requirements.
• Participate in ongoing training and company initiatives.
