Aoka is seeking a Building Inspector in Houston, TX to ensure compliance with approved plans, codes, and safety standards while coordinating with contractors and local authorities.

You will maintain detailed records, generate professional reports, and address client questions. The role offers growth toward Senior Building Inspector or Building Official positions with company-supported certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in building inspections.
• Current ICC certifications; Texas license required.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Inspect construction projects to ensure compliance with plans, codes, and safety standards.
• Review project documents, attend pre-construction meetings, and coordinate with contractors and local authorities.
• Maintain detailed records and prepare timely reports.
• Address questions from clients and contractors, providing expert guidance.
• Participate in training and company initiatives.
