Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of experience in plumbing inspections.
• TSBPE Plumbing Inspector License required in Texas.
• Strong organizational skills and willingness to learn new inspection software.

Mansioni

• Inspect plumbing systems and installations to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, plumbing codes, and safety standards.
• Conduct inspections for water supply, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, gas piping, and related plumbing systems.
• Maintain detailed inspection records and prepare timely, professional reports.
• Address questions and concerns from clients and contractors while providing expert guidance on plumbing code requirements.
