Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of industry experience.
• Strong understanding of residential plumbing service operations.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes, safety standards, and best practices.
• Experience coaching and leading service technicians.
• Experience with inventory, purchasing, and fleet coordination.
• Proven leadership and excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership, sales, and marketing to grow service demand and profitability.
• Implement technician training and performance improvement plans.
• Build vendor and supplier relationships and ensure licensing compliance.
