Services By J National LLC is seeking a detail‑oriented dispatch coordinator to join our Service Department in Texas. You will assist in dispatch, analyze service tickets, and help prepare jobs for billing while maintaining professional communication with customers and internal teams.

This front‑line role requires strong organization, multitasking, and reliability in a fast-paced environment, with in-office work and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatch, scheduling, or operations experience in a service environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
• Proficient with scheduling/dispatch software (FieldPulse, ServiceTitan, etc.).
• Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, restoration, or related trades.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch field technicians across Texas based on urgency, location, and skillset.
• Monitor job progress, scheduling, and technician availability.
• Maintain daily communication with customers and internal teams.
• Ensure jobs are updated in software (FieldPulse/QuickBooks) with notes, photos, and status.
• Assist with service call intake, job creation, and scheduling.
• Track job progress from dispatch to completion and follow up as needed.
• Support ops manager with vendor coordination and materials tracking.
• Help manage emergencies, job escalations, and service updates.
• Close out jobs and check for discrepancies.
