Job summary

Plumbing & Heating Wholesale, Inc. in Spencer, IA is hiring a full-time Plumbing & HVAC Counter Sales Associate (and some Inside Sales). You will assist walk-in and phone customers, help them choose products, enter orders, and coordinate with warehouse and other teams.

The role emphasizes customer service, cross-selling, maintaining neat counter areas, and participating in product training. Availability Monday–Friday 7 AM to 5 PM with overtime.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and a team player attitude.
• Experience using catalogs to provide product details, pricing and availability.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to increase sales through cross-selling and upselling.
• Maintain clean, appealing merchandising and counter areas.
• Wholesale knowledge and plumbing/HVAC experience are a plus.
• Able to work Monday–Friday 7 AM to 5 PM, with overtime opportunities.
