Job summary

Plumbing & Heating Wholesale, Inc. in Storm Lake, IA is seeking a full-time Plumbing & HVAC Counter Sales Associate to assist walk-in and phone customers, enter orders, and support the sales team. You will help customers find products, provide pricing, and ensure accurate order processing.

You will retrieve orders from the warehouse, attend trainings, and participate in inventory counts, while promoting promotions and cross-selling. A knowledge of plumbing/HVAC is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing/HVAC wholesale is a plus.
• Willingness to work Monday to Friday 7:30 AM–5 PM with overtime.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to process orders and retrieve from warehouse.

• Swiftly solve customer issues or engage the right team member to resolve them.
• Retrieve orders from our warehouse with precision and speed.

Wholesale experience preferred and some knowledge of Plumbing and Heating is helpful.
