Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in plumbing and heating industry is helpful.
• Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to customers’ needs.
• Strong communication, time management and organizational skills.
• Customer oriented with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and by phone with plumbing and heating needs.
• Provide timely quotations and accurate order processing.

• Use Eclipse software and internet for customer service knowledge.
