Job summary

Power Design, Inc. is seeking a Plumbing Foreman to lead field projects, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The role includes training team members, coordinating with other trades, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of field supervision experience on plumbing projects.
• Active or ability to obtain a Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license within 90 days.
• Proficient knowledge of the International Plumbing Code (IPC) and local codes.
• Basic computer and writing skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage, evaluate and train field project team members.
• Plan, organize and direct production of contracted scope of work.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, inspectors and other trades.
• Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades and the general contractor to resolve conflicts and ensure customer service.
• Ensure installations meet quality and plumbing code standards.
• Manage materials and personnel to meet schedule.
• Uphold Power Design’s standards of quality, safety and best practices.
