Job summary

Power Design, Inc. is seeking a Plumbing Foreman to lead field projects and ensure quality, safety and customer satisfaction on new plumbing initiatives. The role includes travel to our training facility in St.

Petersburg, FL and opportunities for specialized training with iPads and modern field technologies. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of field supervision experience on plumbing projects and an active or soon-to-be plumbing license, with strong knowledge of IPC and local codes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field supervision experience on plumbing projects.
• Active plumbing license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Proficient knowledge of IPC and local plumbing codes.
• Good written communication and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, evaluate and train field project team members.
• Plan, organize and direct production of contracted plumbing work.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, inspectors and other trades.
• Coordinate with other trades and general contractor to resolve conflicts while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Ensure installations meet quality and plumbing code standards.
• Manage material and personnel to meet project schedule.
• Uphold Power Design’s quality and safety standards.
