Job summary

Power Design, Inc. is seeking a Plumbing Foreman to lead field teams on multimillion-dollar plumbing projects. You will plan, organize, and direct contracted work, build strong customer relationships, coordinate with other trades, and ensure code-compliant installations while optimizing safety and quality standards.

The role includes travel to our training facility in St. Petersburg, FL for customized courses, access to iPads and ongoing professional development as part of a growing national

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience managing a plumbing contractor scope and multimillion-dollar projects.
• Active or ability to obtain within 90 days a Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license.
• Proficient knowledge of IPC, local codes and construction safety requirements.
• Must have basic computer and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, evaluate and train field project team members.
• Plan, organize and direct production of contracted scope of work.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, inspectors and other trades.
• Coordinate with other trades and general contractor to identify and resolve conflicts while providing excellent customer service.
• Ensure installations meet quality and plumbing code standards.
• Manage materials and personnel to meet schedule.
• Adhere to Power Design’s quality, safety and best practices.
