Job summary

Power Design is expanding into plumbing work and seeks a Plumbing Foreman to lead field teams on multimillion-dollar projects. You will ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction while coordinating with inspectors and other trades. The role includes travel to our 16,000-square-foot training facility in St.

Petersburg, FL for customized training at headquarters. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of supervision in plumbing, a current or soon-to-be plumbing/HVAC license, IPC/code knowledge, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing a scope and multimillion dollar projects for plumbing contractor.
• Active or ability to obtain within 90 days a Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license.
• Proficient knowledge of the IPC, local codes and construction safety requirements.
• Must have at least basic computer and writing skills.
• Demonstrate and uphold Power Design’s core values (integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation, growth).

Responsibilities

• Manage, evaluate and train field project team members.
• Plan, organize and direct production of contracted scope of work.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, inspectors and other trades.
• Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades and the general contractor to resolve conflicts while delivering excellent customer service.
• Ensure installations meet quality and plumbing code standards.
• Manage material and personnel requirements to meet schedule.
• Adhere to Power Design’s standards of quality, safety and best practices.
