Job summary

Power Design, Inc. is seeking a Plumbing Foreman to lead field crews on expanding plumbing projects. You will supervise, train, plan production, coordinate with contractors and inspectors, and ensure installations meet IPC and safety standards.

The role includes managing materials, timelines, and customer relations while upholding Power Design’s values. Travel to projects and training opportunities at our facilities in St. Petersburg may be required.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of field supervision experience on plumbing projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train field project teams.
• Plan, organize and direct production of plumbing tasks.
• Maintain relationships with customers, inspectors and other trades.
• Coordinate with GC and other trades to resolve conflicts while delivering excellent service.
• Ensure installations meet quality and plumbing code standards.
• Manage materials and personnel to meet schedule.
• Uphold company safety and quality standards.
