Job summary

Power Design is seeking a Plumbing Foreman to lead on our plumbing projects from our St. Petersburg, FL location. You will supervise field teams, ensure quality and safety, and drive customer satisfaction while engaging in specialized training at our headquarters facility.

The role requires five years of field supervision of multimillion-dollar plumbing scopes, an active or soon-to-be license, and solid IPC/code knowledge. Strong communication and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least five years of field supervision experience on multi-million dollar plumbing projects.
• Active plumbing license or ability to obtain within 90 days (Mechanical/HVAC license acceptable).
• Strong knowledge of IPC and local plumbing codes.
• Basic computer and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, evaluate and train field project team members.
• Plan, organize and direct production of contracted scope of work.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, inspectors and other trades.
• Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades as well as the general contractor to identify and resolve conflicts while providing excellent customer service.
• Ensure all installations meet quality and plumbing code standards.
• Manage material and personnel requirements necessary to meet schedule.
• Adhere to Power Design’s standards of quality, safety and best practices.
