Job summary

Aerotek is hiring immediately for commercial plumbers on a Fort Bragg, NC project. This long-term role runs through late 2028 with 10-hour days, Mon-Thu and overtime as needed. On-site work at Fort Liberty with compensation up to $35/hour and a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Requirements include 4+ years of commercial plumbing, blueprint reading, and experience with cast iron, PVC, copper, and gas piping, plus soldering/ProPress. Fort Bragg base access is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial plumbing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience with cast iron, PVC, copper, and gas piping installations.
• Proficiency with soldering and ProPress systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial plumbing systems, including water, sewer, drain, waste, vent, and gas piping.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Work with cast iron, PVC, copper, and other commercial piping materials.
• Perform copper soldering and ProPress installations.
• Test, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems.
• Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to complete projects on schedule.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area.

IMMEDIATELY HIRING COMMERCIAL PLUMBERS AT FORT BRAGG, NC

LONG TERM PROJECT RUNNING THROUGH LATE 2028

10 HOUR DAYS, MON - THURS + OT (AS NEEDED)

PAY: UP TO $35 PER HOUR

MUST BE ABLE TO GAIN FORT BRAGG BASE ACCESS (VALID PHOTO ID AND SOCIAL SECURITY CARD REQUIRED)

Responsibilities

• Install commercial plumbing systems, including water, sewer, drain, waste, vent, and gas piping.

• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.

• Work with cast iron, PVC, copper, and other commercial piping materials.

• Perform copper soldering and ProPress installations.

• Test, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems.

• Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and project specifications.

• Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to complete projects on schedule.

This is a Contract position based out of Fort Liberty, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
