Job summary

Absolute Airflow is seeking a Plumbing Field Supervisor to lead our sales-enablement model in Fresno. You will meet homeowners, explain technician findings, and present repair and replacement options to help customers choose the best solution for their home.

You will work alongside technicians, back them up on in-home presentations, and coach them to improve their ability to spot and present options. Uniformed and in a branded truck, you’ll drive customer satisfaction while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional plumbing experience.
• Ability to diagnose plumbing problems and recommend solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer communication and an outgoing personality.
• Dependability, a strong work ethic, and pride in clean, professional work.
• Willingness to coach others and keep developing skills.
• In-home or residential sales experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Present repair and replacement options to homeowners.
• Educate homeowners about their plumbing systems to help informed decisions.
• Review technician diagnoses and recommend solutions that fit the home and customer needs.
• Coach and develop the plumbing technicians you work with on presenting options.
• Follow up on open estimates and turned-over leads in ServiceTitan.
• Work toward sales goals set by leadership.
• Arrive in uniform in a branded company truck; not performing plumbing repairs.
