ABT Plumbing, Electric, Heat & Air in Grass Valley, CA is hiring a full-time Plumbing and Home Services Field Supervisor. You will lead and support technicians, oversee projects, and ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction across sites.

The role offers a flexible schedule with travel between job sites, performance bonuses, and a full benefits package. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of residential plumbing, multi-trade knowledge, and strong leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• 5+ years of hands-on residential plumbing experience (CA journeyman level preferred).
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC and/or electrical systems (multi-trade experience preferred).
• Proven success in in-home service and sales (not construction).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
• Comfortable addressing customer concerns and resolving complaints.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THIS ROLE

We offer a full-time flexible schedule, where you travel between job sites, oversee projects, and assist technicians directly in the field.

As a Field Supervisor, you review daily job schedules and check in with your techs for support needs. You visit job sites, observe technicians, provide feedback, and resolve challenges. One moment you might tackle a plumbing issue, while the next you coach a tech on customer service. Throughout, you maintain quality control, reinforce safety procedures, and ensure customer satisfaction.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A PLUMBING AND HOME SERVICES FIELD SUPERVISOR
