Pro Integrity Plumbing Corp in California seeks a skilled Service and Repair Plumber/Field Supervisor to diagnose, service, and install plumbing in homes and commercial sites. This role emphasizes strong sales experience and customer service.

You will lead field work, communicate clearly with customers, close sales proposals, and participate in warranty and property management aspects where relevant. A valid license and 3+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with clean DL record.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of Closing Estimates and Sales.
• Ability to handle all plumbing tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble pipe sections, tubing, or fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, soldering, brazing, or welding equipment.
• Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances such as dishwashers or water heaters, or fixtures such as sinks and toilets, using hand or power tools.
• Plan the layout of plumbing, using drawings.
• Perform maintenance of water supply systemsInstall and maintain gas and propane systems.
• Professionally interact with customers and clearly communicate work orders and statuses.
• Close sales proposals and estimates.
