G.F. Bowman in the United States is seeking a Plumbing Service Field Leader to direct a team of field technicians and ensure high-quality service aligned with Nexstar Service System.

You will work closely with the Service Manager to provide leadership, training, and customer-focused support, driving operational success. The role requires 3 years of plumbing service experience, a valid driver's license, and a clean background.

Qualifications

• 3 years Plumbing Service experience.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Must have a clean criminal background.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise Plumbing Field Technicians, ensuring quality service.
• Assist the Service Manager with coaching and ride-alongs for technicians.
• Provide training on technical skills, safety procedures, and company protocols.
• Support technicians during operating hours and after hours as needed.
• Manage warranty issues, callbacks, and troubleshooting to KPI targets.
• Onboard new Field Technicians and conduct ongoing training.
• Maintain proficiency and performance aligned with KPIs.
• Collaborate with dispatch teams to ensure department success.
• Provide various plumbing solutions and interact with customers to help.

Position Overview: As a Plumbing Service Field Leader, you will play a key role in directing and supervising our team of field technicians, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to Nexstar Service System. You will work closely with the Service Manager to provide leadership, training, and support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and operational success.

Job Duties:

• Direct and supervise Plumbing Field Technicians, ensuring quality service and adherence to company processes.
• Assist the Service Manager with weekly ride-alongs and hands-on coaching for technicians.
• Provide training on technical skills, safety procedures, and company protocols.
• Support technicians during operating hours and after hours as needed.
• Manage warranty issues, callbacks, and troubleshooting, keeping callbacks within KPI metrics.
• Help onboard new Field Technicians and conduct ongoing training.
• Maintain personal technical proficiency and performance in line with company KPIs.
• Assists in conducting meetings and ongoing department training initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager, technicians, and dispatch teams to ensure the department's success.
• Provide various plumbing solutions
