Job summary

CLM Midwest is seeking experienced maintenance technicians to join our field team. You will focus on plumbing and electrical maintenance for commercial facilities within a 1–2 hour radius of your home, handling reactive and preventative work.

Training and tools are provided, with a take-home company vehicle and a broad benefits package. Successful candidates will have 2+ years in commercial maintenance, a plumbing license preferred, and the ability to work nights or weekends as part of an

Qualifications

• 2+ years commercial maintenance experience in relevant settings.
• Prefers a plumbing license.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Cover territory within 1–2 hour radius from home.
• Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, painting, tile work, drywall repair.
• Communicate with support team via phone app to respond to work orders.
• Prepare scope of work with time estimates and materials.
• participate in on‑call rotation including nights and weekends.
