Job summary

American Repair Maintenance LLC in Cleveland, OH, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our service delivery team. This role requires extensive hands-on experience across plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, flooring, masonry, EIFS, welding, and structural repairs, with a strong focus on accuracy and safety.

You will travel to client sites, up to 2000 miles per week, with some on-call, overnight, and weekend duties.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial maintenance experience in multiple trades.
• General contractor/electrical licenses or trade certifications preferred.
• Must be able to travel up to 2000 miles per week and lift heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance across plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, flooring, and other trades.
• Inspect and document work orders with clear communication to supervisors.
• Travel to client sites; adhere to safety policies and procedures.
